I was 16 when my family hosted an exchange student for the summer. We became instant besties and somehow turned everyday into a photoshoot. I was gifted a camera for my birthday and after that you wouldn't see me without a camera.
The first years of photography involved a lot of trial and error, but as time went on I started to take things more and more seriously, realizing there was more to photography than I thought! The concept quickly became a dream for me. I was working at a surf shop at the time when I met a local wedding photographer looking to bring on a assistant. Thus my love for weddings truly began.
Something that I value in general and in my work is human connection. As simple as that sounds, for me, I believe there is nothing better and weddings create the perfect outlet for just that. From a 300+ guest count to 2 people eloping at the courthouse, I have been immersed in the wedding world for 6+ years now and I wouldn't trade it for the world.
Recently married to the love of my life...
we were lucky enough to celebrate this occasion surrounded by 16 of our loved ones while overlooking the Tuscan Countryside in Italy.
Any of our downtime is spent outdoors when we can. Hiking, boating, snorkeling; love a sunny South Florida day or a roadtrip to the mountains!
Spending quality time with my friends and family will always be something I value and prioritize.
My simple pleasures - ordering overpriced smoothies, exploring antique shops & enjoying movie nights with Thai take out.
